Kevin Shui is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with extensive clinical experience across a wide range of surgical specialties. Through KMS Anesthesia Staffing, Kevin provides independent anesthesia coverage for surgical facilities and operates Schedulr, a scheduling platform he developed for hospital anesthesia departments.

Grounded in day-to-day operating-room experience, Kevin brings both clinical expertise and practical operational insight to every engagement — whether that's direct case coverage or partnering with a health system to modernize its daily scheduling workflow.

Schedulr Platform

Schedulr is a web-based scheduling platform that digitizes the daily workflow of hospital anesthesia departments. It replaces paper assignment sheets, handwritten coverage calculations, and fragmented group-chat communication with a centralized application and personalized SMS notifications.

Built by a CRNA for CRNAs, Schedulr streamlines the daily lifecycle from roster import through OR assignment to staff notification. Directors manage balancing and coverage; board runners build the OR schedule in minutes; every assigned CRNA receives a personalized text with their room, start time, and case notes. The platform is currently in pilot deployment with a multi-hospital Michigan health system, with multi-facility expansion in progress.
