6. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message
- Contacting KMS directly to request removal
After opting out, you will no longer receive automated SMS notifications. You may still receive assignment information through alternative communication methods.

8. Accuracy of Information
KMS strives to provide accurate and timely scheduling information via SMS. However, technical issues, carrier delays, or data entry errors may occasionally occur. You are responsible for verifying assignment details and should not rely solely on SMS notifications for critical scheduling information. Always confirm assignments through additional channels when in doubt.
9. Phone Number Changes
You must promptly notify KMS if you change your mobile phone number. KMS is not responsible for messages sent to an outdated phone number.
10. System Availability
KMS will make reasonable efforts to maintain the SMS notification system, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond KMS's control. KMS is not liable for any inconvenience or consequences resulting from system unavailability.
11. Privacy
Your use of the SMS notification system is subject to KMS's Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
